How to Create:
1.) Plan your patriotic design using stars, stripes, or “USA” themes.
2.) Paint the cowboy hat with red and blue designs. (You may want to use your own white paint or marker for added details.)
3.) Apply glue to add glitter accents. (Glue not included.)
4.) Allow all materials to dry completely before wearing.
5.) Wear your custom hat to celebrate the 4th of July.
