These labels are a great way to offer students a choice in how they would like to be greeted each morning. Hang some or all the labels on a door, wall, or other smooth, flat surface where they can easily be seen as students enter the classroom. Some of the labels are touch and some are no-touch, which offers students a choice. This is a great way to add a positivity to building relationships in the classroom. The teacher, or assigned student can be the greeter, and students can choose one, or a combination of movements or motions to complete as they enter the classroom. For an added twist, students can stick with their choice or combination for the week, the month, or even the whole school year.
